3. Digital Product License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our templates and exported code for:

• Modification Rights:

  You may modify and customize the code as needed

• Unlimited Websites:

  Use templates on unlimited websites you own or manage

License Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the templates
• Create competing template marketplaces using our designs
• Share login credentials or purchased templates with others
• Remove copyright notices or attribution (where applicable)

4. Payment and Pricing

Our pricing structure includes:

• Starter Plan:

  £19.99 one-time payment

• Professional Plan:

  £49.99 one-time payment

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. Refunds will be processed if requested within 30 days of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LandingPro Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
